Important holiday update on shipping and order processing times
Given anticipated delays related to the holiday season, we are temporarily extending the standard shipping window from 7 days to 10 days. You may continue to receive standard order communications (including shipment reminders); however, this shipping update will remain in place until postal service demands stabilize.
To Sellers: If you expect more delays or need more time, please let your buyers know so they can plan accordingly. Please contact Poshmark Support if you need further help in shipping your orders.
To Buyers: We appreciate your patience as we all work together during this busy holiday season to adjust to these temporary shipping delays.
Posh Authenticate: Due to increased volumes during the holiday season, our authentication processing times have extended beyond the normal 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive your shipment to verify your order.

Monitoring - The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) issued a nationwide strike to Canada Post, beginning November 15, 2024 at 12:01 AM ET. While a strike may lead to shipping delays, Poshmark is fully committed to continuing operations and will do everything we can to minimize disruption to our community.

In areas affected by a strike, post offices may temporarily be closed, and parcel delivery and pick-up may be delayed. To check the latest updates on Canada Post’s labour negotiations and to see if your area is affected at any point, visit here:
