Our QR shipping labels are currently experiencing an error and our team is further investigating to get this resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, you may use the USPS Label Broker tool (https://www.usps.com/business/label-broker.htm#printlabel) to create a QR label using the QR code ID, along with the seller's zip code. This will produce a label that you can present at the post office for scanning.
